他汀类药物与新发糖尿病关系的进展研究

Progress in Research of the Relationship between New-Onset Diabetes and Statins

目前,他汀类药物在心脑血管、代谢性疾病的预防及治疗中使用广泛,使广大患者从中获益。但是,有研究表明他汀类药物应用于临床疾病治疗中,能够提高新发糖尿病的发生几率。虽然大部分他汀类药物的临床随机对照研究在主要终点事件中并未涉及到新发糖尿病的发生,但是目前大量研究数据显示他汀类药物对糖化血红蛋白及血糖水平具有一定程度的影响,相关机制尚未完全明确。为明确他汀类药物与新发糖尿病间的相关性,现就他汀类药物与新发糖尿病关系的临床研究及相关预防措施做一综述。

Currently, statins mind prevention in the cure of cerebral vascular and metabolic diseases are widely used, so that the majority of patients benefit from it. However, there are studies showing that the use of statins in clinical treatment of diseases may increase the probability of occurrence of new-onset diabetes. Though most of statins in the treatment of clinical randomized controlled study primary endpoint events was not related to the incidence of new-onset diabetes, but there is a lot of research data shows that statins have some degree of influence on glycated hemoglobin and blood sugar levels, mechanisms not yet entirely clear. To clarify the correlation between statins and new-onset diabetes, the study summarizes the clinical research of the relationship between statins and new diabetes and the relevant prevention measures.
