摘要
结合某加氢裂化装置高压缠绕管式换热器的管道设计,从设备平面布置、管道布置、管道材料和管道应力等方面进行了系统论述,并对缠绕管式换热器提出了一种新的换热介质流向方案。从管道长度、管道二次应力、设备管口受力以及设备法兰泄漏几个方面,将新的换热介质流向方案与传统的换热介质流向方案进行了对比,新方案对于减少管道投资有不错的效果。
According to the design of the high pressure wound-tube heat exchanger pipe of one hydrocracking unit, the systematic discussion is carried out in respect of several aspects including equipment layout, piping layout, pipe materials and pipe stress. Meanwhile, a new flow direction of the heat-transfer medium for the wound-tube heat exchanger is presented. Compared with the tranditional flow direction from the following aspects including pipeline length, secondary stress, equipment force and flange leakage, the scheme with the new flow direction has lower investment on pipelines.
