摘要
对某压力容器人孔法兰凸缘的密封性进行了分析和校核。利用ANSYS软件建立了筒体和人孔法兰的有限元模型。以弹性应力分析法对人孔法兰凸缘进行强度分析,以极限载荷分析法对人孔法兰凸缘进行刚度校核,比较了这两种方法在判断凸缘密封性时的优劣性。
The sealability of the manhole flange in a pressure vessel is analyzed and evaluated. The finite element models of the tank and the manhole flange are established through the software ANSYS. The strength analysis of the manhole flange is carried out through the elastic stress analysis method while the rigidity evaluation is done with the hmit load analysis method. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods in judging the sealability of the flange are compared.
