大型液化气球罐现场安装技术及质量管理

On-Site Installation Technology and Quality Management of Large-scale Liquefied Gas Spherical Tank

针对国内大型丙烷及混合碳四球罐现场安装工程,结合球罐安装工程的特点,制定了覆盖原材料入场复验、现场组装、焊接、焊后热处理、无损检测以及水压试验等各方面的安装技术要求,并对这些重要节点提出了相关的质量管理措施。对球罐安装现场建立了包含业主、总承包单位、施工单位以及监理单位的质量管理体系,对安装过程严把质量关,以确保按照安装技术要求建造的球罐安全运行并满足工艺要求。

In respect to the on-site installation engineering of the domestic large-scale propane and mixed-C4 spherical tank and its own characteristics, the installation technical requirements, such as the entrance test of the raw material, the field assembly, the welding, the post-weld heat treatment, the nondestructive test and the hydraulic pressure test, are formulated and the corresponding quality management measures are proposed. Meanwhile, the quality management system according to the field installation of the spherical tank, including the owner, the general contractor, the construction unit and the supervision unit are built so that the safe operation is guaranteed and the installation technical requirements are satisfied.
