摘要
分析了液态单相和汽液两相介质环境中二回路低碳钢管道发生不同程度流动加速腐蚀(FAC)和冲刷腐蚀(EC)降级的宏微观形貌与壁厚分布等基本特征,并根据腐蚀机理及其特征研究了二回路管道失效敏感点的识别方法。
The macro and micro morphology and some basic characters, such as the thickness distribution for the pipe sections with varying degrees of the flow accelerated corrosion and erosion corrosion damage in liquid phase and vapor-liquid dual-phase were collected and analyzed. According to the corrosion mechanism and characters, identification method for the sensitive point of failure was investigated.
