党校主办的学报、报纸、杂志作为广大党员干部学习交流的窗口、平台,在深入开展转变作风活动过程中,党校学报编辑要始终努力向前,当好文化理论的主力军、发挥理论引导先锋模范作用,全面推进党的精神文明建设。为充分发挥党校编辑的先锋模范作用,必须从注重提升党校学报、杂志质量、科研务实精神、队伍建设、规范管理等方面着手,深入学习实践,将向中央党校学习、向基层学习、经验研讨、理论实践相结合、强化编辑人员的教育培训,提升编辑队伍素质5个环节有机结合,深入开展转变作风活动,加大党校编辑服务广大党员干部力度,打造一支能打硬仗的队伍。
