The Practical Compilation of Regulatory Plan Based on the Protection of Urban Landscape Pattern——A Case Study of Regulatory Plan of the Xiamen Software Park Three(Revision)

本文分析了城市山水格局的内涵及保护意义,探讨了控制性详细规划在落实城市山水格局保护中的角色,以厦门市软件园三期为例,提出了山水格局在控制性详细规划层面的保护策略,并将山水格局保护的技术对策和控制要求贯彻到控制性详细规划的空间结构、交通组织、用地布局、开放空间、市政工程等核心内容。

The connotation and protection value of urban landscape pattern is analyzed, and the role of regulatory plan in the practice of urban landscape pattern＇s protection is discussed. The Xiamen Software Park Three is studied as an example to put forward some suggestions on the protection of urban landscape pattern in regulatory plan aspect. In addition, this research applies technical measures and control requirements of urban landscape pattern＇s protection to the spatial structure, traffic organization, land layout,open space, municipal engineering and other core content in regulatory plan.
