摘要
[目的]明确嘉兴市餐厨废弃物秋冬理化特性。[方法]针对餐厨废弃物一日三餐随季节的变化情况,跟踪分析其含水率、挥发性固体(VS)、总固体含量(TS)、氨氮、总氮(TN)、总碳(TC)及 pH,分析餐厨废弃物性质变化对后续加工处理的要求。[结果]嘉兴市餐厨废弃物的含水率为70%左右;TS 和 VS 值均为0.1~0.5;TC 含量为70~80 mg /L;TN 含量为6~16 mg /L;pH 略偏酸性(6~7)。[结论]试验结果为后续的餐厨废弃物的资源化提供了理论依据。
Objective] To research the physicochemical properties of kitchen waste in autumn and winter in Jiaxing City .[Method] According to the seasonal change situation of kitchen waste, we analyzed the moisture content, volatile solid content, total solid content, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total carbon and pH.Then, the requirements for subsequent processing were analyzed according to the changes of physicochemical properties.[Result] Moisture content of kitchen waste in Jiaxing City was about 70%; TS and VS values were between 0.1 and 0.5; TC content was 70 -80 mg /L; TN content was 6 -16 mg /L; pH was slightly acidic between 6 and 7.[Conclusion] This research provides theoretical basis for the follow-up treatment of kitchen waste.
