摘要
[目的]研究不同的赤霉素(GA_3)浓度、种子子叶切除以及变温培养处理对龙芽楤木种子萌发的影响。[方法]以饱满的当年龙芽楤木种子为材料,设置不同GA_3浓度、种子子叶切除以及变温培养处理,对龙芽楤木种子进行萌发试验,统计种子的萌发数、萌发率。[结果]龙芽楤木种子在GA_3浓度为200 mg/L、子叶切去1/3、变温条件为12 h 25℃/12 h 5℃下萌发率最佳,萌发率可达56.70%。[结论]该研究可为龙芽楤木种子萌发及遗传育种提供理论依据。
Objective] The effect of the concentrations of gibberellin(GA3 ),cutting of seed cotyledon and changing culture temperature on the germination of Aralia elata seed was studied.[Method] With Aralia elata seed as experiment material,setting different GA3 concentrations,cutting of seed cotyledon and changing culture temperature,seed germination of Aralia elata was conducted,and the number of germination seed,the ger-mination rate were counted.[Result] The optimum seed germiantion conditions of Aralia elata were:GA3 concentration was 200 mg /L,1 /3 cot-yloden was cut and the culture temperature was 12 h 25 ℃/12 h 5 ℃,the germiantion rate could be 56.70%.[Conclusion] The study can pro-vide theoretical basis for seed germination and genetic breeding of Aralia elata.
