On the Targeted Measures Helping People Out of Poverty from the Philosophic Perspective

"十三五"规划纲要中提到农村贫困人口要全部实现脱贫,这表明未来5年国家扶贫开发将会是一场"啃硬骨头"的攻坚战。在国家大力实施扶贫开发的今天,笔者从哲学的角度浅谈"精准扶贫"的具体含义、特点、方法与现实意义,这将会对我国扶贫事业的发展具有积极推动作用,同时有助于人们对"精准扶贫"进行哲学思考。

The outline of the 13th Fife Year Plan proposes helping the poor lift themselves out of poverty in rural areas, which indicates there is going to be a tough task on poverty reduction for our country to tackle in the following five years. Nowadays, our country is vigorously working on the development-oriented poverty reduction implementation. In order to boost the the poverty reduction implementation and help people understand this implementation better from the philosophic perspective, this paper introduces the targeted measures on helping people lift themselves out of poverty in the following aspects： its meaning, features, methods and practical significance.
