新疆阔克阿木提果皮总黄酮的提取工艺及其抗氧化活性研究

摘要 考察甲醇(乙醇)超声、甲醇(乙醇)回流、甲醇(乙醇)连续回流、甲醇(乙醇)常温浸泡等不同提取方法对阔克阿木提果皮总黄酮提取效果的影响,并探讨所得黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性.结果表明,用甲醇和乙醇回流法黄酮提取率最高且接近分别为21.90 mg/g和21.71 mg/g,RSD值分别为0.32和0.82,并且在给定的质量浓度范围内(0.1~0.6 mg/m L)黄酮类组分清除DPPH达到83.99%,且浓度高于0.25 mol/m L时明显高于BHT,黄酮类组分清除羟基自由的能力达92.80%,浓度大概在0.35 mol/m L以上时高于BHT. Different extraction methods as methanol(ethanol)Ultrasonic extraction,methanol(ethanol)Reflux,methanol(ethanol)Soxhletextraction,methanol(ethanol)Soaking at room temperature were studied, in order to know the affect on total flavonoids extraction of different methods.Also investigated the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids.The results show that methanol and ethanol reflux method had highest flavonoids extraction yield and closed to 21.90mg/g,21.71mg/g respectively with RSD 0.32and0.82.And in a certain concentration range(0.1~0.6mg/m L),the scavenging rates of total flavonoids from Kvk Amut peel against DPPH were found to be 83.99% that better than BHT with higher concentration(higher than 0.25mol/m L)and against hydroxyl free radical were found to be 92.80% better than BHT with higher concentration(higher than 0.35mol/m L).
