对应分析在大学生创业意向因素中的应用——基于新疆高校大学生的调查分析

Influential Factors of College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention——Investigation and Analysis Based on College Students from Xinjiang

从调查了解新疆大学生的创业意向的现状出发,以乌鲁木齐市不同类型的重点高等学校的大学生为调查对象,采用随机抽样方法发放问卷,调查新疆大学生创业意向现状并进行相对分析,采用列联表检验以及对应分析来分析创业意向与个人特质的相关程度.结果表明,调查对象的性别、生源地、年级以及就业自信等个人特质在创业意向上存在显著相关关系,而学生所学的专业和对创业概念理解在创业意向上不存在显著相关.

Along with our country more and more independent entrepreneurs, self-employment has become important option for the Xinjiang university students to realize self development needs, is also an important way of promoting the national economy in Xinjiang. From this survey to understand the present situation of the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Xinjiang, with different types of key institutions of higher learning of college students in Urumqi as investigation object, by adopting the method of random sampling questionnaire survey in Xinjiang college students entrepreneurial intention status and relative analysis, the contingency table card party inspection and the corresponding analysis to analyze the entrepreneurial intention to the existence of significant differences in personality. The study found that the sex of the respondents,students, grade and employment confidence personal traits significant differences on the entrepreneurial intention, and major and concept of entrepreneurship students understand there is no significant difference on entrepreneurial intention.
