摘要 考察了普朗有机膜组件PL-G(T)*4-1000在燃料乙醇沼气双发酵耦联回用水中的除菌效果,并考察了膜的再生性和稳定性。实验结果表明,普朗膜可以有效过滤回用水中的杂菌,从而降低乙醇发酵初期的大量升酸的风险。膜多批次运行,能够耐受较高浓度的外来中温沼液水质,其通量稳定,清洗方便。回收率达到90%时,膜元件仍能承受外部恶劣条件对其造成的影响,膜清洗后水通量能够快速恢复,将来可以考虑生产实际应用。 In this study, the degerming effects of PL-G (T)*4-1000 organic membrane in the water of coupled fermentation of ethanol and bio-gas were investigated. Besides, its regeneration and stability were explored. The experimental results suggested that, the use of the membrane could effectively filter the bacteria in the water and reduce the risk of acid rising in early fermentation period of ethanol. Multiple operations of the membrane proved that it could tolerate high concentration of biogas water and the flux was stable and the membrane was easy to clean. As the recovery rate reached up to 90%, the membrane could still withstand external harsh conditions and the flux recovered rapidly after the clean-ing of the membrane. Such membrane was recommended in practical production.
