摘要
通过HPLC-MS方法,同时采用正负离子模式进行多反应检测(MRM),对米酒中的甜蜜素进行测定。结果表明,该方法的标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r=0.9998,检出限(3S/N)为0.1μg,回收率在85.4%~97.8%之间,RD值为2.9%~4.5%。该方法快速、简便、灵敏、准确,适宜于米酒中甜蜜素的快速测定。
Sodium cyclamate content in rice wine was measured by HPLC-MS coupled with the positive and negative ions modes of MRM. The results showed that a good linearity was obtained for the standard curve of the method, its correlation coefficient was high (r=0.9998), its detection limit was 0.1μg(3S/N), its recovery rate was between 85.4%-97.8%, and RD value was 2.9%-4.5%. This method was rapid, sim-ple, sensitive and accurate, and it was a suitable method for rapid determination of sodium cyclamate content in rice wine.
