摘要 "井工厂"钻井模式采用流水线式的施工方式,依次对平台上所有井各开次进行批量化施工,从而达到缩短施工周期和降低开发成本的目的。在简述延川南煤层气区块前期常规钻井工艺的基础上,分析了该区块采用"井工厂"作业的优势,从井场规划布置、钻机移动轨道优选、平台井数优化、钻井顺序优化、钻井液重复利用和测录井设计等方面对该区块的"井工厂"钻井模式进行了设计,并对设计的"井工厂"作业模式进行了现场应用。应用结果表明,井工厂"作业模式适合于采用丛式定向井开发的延川南煤层气田,可大大提高生产效率。最后指出,我国很多非常规油气田利用"井工厂"模式开发是今后发展的主要趋势,建议我国各石油公司加强技术攻关,做好技术储备工作。 The "well factory"drilling mode applies assembly line operation manner to sequentially drill the wells spud on one drilling pad,so as to shorten the construction period and reduce development costs. On the basis of brief introduction of conventional drilling process of CBM block in Southern Yanchuan,the application benefits of "well factory"operation have been analyzed. The block's "well factory"drilling pattern has been designed on well site planning and arrangement,rig moving track selection,the well number optimization,the drilling sequential optimization,drilling fluid recycling and logging design. Then,the designed "well factory"mode has been applied on-site. Application results show that "well factory"mode is suitable for the Southern Yanchuan CBM field developed by directional cluster well,which can greatly improve operation efficiency and is also the main future development trend. It is suggested that the oil companies should strengthen technology research and make technical reserves.
