Development of the 560 kW Fast Moving Drilling Rig

为提高钻机的快速移动性能,满足石油装备市场对快移钻机的需求,研发了560 k W全配套快速移运钻机。该钻机模块高度集成,具有现场拆装方便快捷和移运迅速等优点。该钻机配备整体拖挂钻台,可液压起放台体和钻台整体,司钻房和防喷器等可随钻台一起实现快速整体移运。钻井泵、电控系统及固控系统采用半拖挂车结构设计,可实现外围配套的快速移运及安装。在中东地区作业,拖挂钻台移运速度15 km/h,整套设备在10 km井场移运用时11 h,整体使用效果良好。该钻机的研制成功为钻台及外围配套,乃至成套钻机的快速移动设计积累了经验,也为类似设备的设计和使用提供了借鉴。

To improve the fast-moving performance of rig and meet the petroleum equipment market demand for fast moving rig,a full package of 560 k W fast moving rig has been developed. The full package rig has highly integrated modules,with the features of fast and convenient rig up and rig down and rapid moving. The rig is equipped with an integral trailer-mounted substructure,which enabling hydraulically rig up and rig down the drill floor and the substructure,and fast moving of driller room and blowout preventer together with the rig. The mud pump,electronic control system,solid control system adopts semi-trailer design,thus enabling fast moving and installation of supporting equipment. During the operation in Middle East area,the trailer-mounted substructure has a moving speed of 15 km / h. The fastest moving speed of other trailer is up to 60 km / h. Relocation time of the whole drilling rig within 10 km is less than 11 h. The relocation time of the whole package of drilling rig in 10 km is 11 h with good overall performance.
