摘要
在数据缺失样本下研究了艾拉姆咖分布的参数估计和假设检验.根据似然函数给出了参数的极大似然估计,证明了估计量的相合性和渐近正态性,并给出了两总体参数之差的置信区间和假设检验.
Parameter estimation and hypothesis test are studied on ЗРЛaНra distribution under missing data samples. Based on the likelihood function, maximum likelihood estimation of the parameter is given. The consistency and asymptotic normality of the estimators have been proved. Moreover, the confidence interval and hypothesis test for the difference of the two genera1 parameters are given.
