摘要 应用响应面法优化凤仙花色素的提取工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,利用Box-Behnken试验设计原理,考察了液料比、提取温度、提取时间、超声功率等因素对提取效果的影响.结果表明:以超纯水作为提取剂,最佳提取工艺为:液料比为24mL·g-1,提取时间为65min,提取温度为53℃,超声功率为160 W.此条件下得到的凤仙花色素溶液吸光度为0.417,与理论预测值0.422之间误差较小,说明采用响应面法优化凤仙花色素的提取工艺是合理可行的. The extraction process of pigment was optimized by using response surface method. On the basis of single factor investigations, the Box - Behnken experiment design were used. The influence of ratio of Ultra-pure water volume to the quality of Impatiens Balsamina L , extraction temperature, ex- traction time, and ultrasonic power on extraction yield were considered. The results showed that the opti- mal extraction conditions for impatiens pigment were as follows: 65 rain ultrasonic treatment at 160W power for extracting the pigment with a 24-fold volume of ultra-pure water at 53 ℃. The impatiens pig- ment absorbance was 0. 417 under this condition, comparing it with theoretical prediction 0. 422, the error was small. Results showed that the optimized process was feasible.
