光化学法沉积金属硫化物薄膜的研究进展

摘要 叙述了一种制备金属硫化物薄膜的新的光化学方法,并分析了该方法与传统化学方法制备金属硫化物薄膜之间的差别;根据影响光化学沉积的各种因素,对二元和多元金属硫化物薄膜的制备工艺研究进行了综述;对金属硫化物薄膜的光化学制备方法进行了展望. In this paper, we described a new photochemical method for the preparation of metal sulfide film, and analyzed the difference between the method and the traditional chemical method. Binary and multivariate preparation of metal sulfide film were reviewed according to the various factors of influencing photochemical deposition, and the photochemical preparation method of the metal sulfide film was prospec- ted.
