沥青、焦粉及无烟煤配煤炼焦的研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据我国优质炼焦煤紧缺的现状,在焦炉现有的条件下采用沥青添加剂和无烟煤、CDQ粉配煤炼焦,以期达到降低配煤成本和扩大炼焦煤种的目的。试验结果表明:加入1%质量比的煤沥青黏结剂后,3%CDQ粉+2%无烟煤取代瘦煤5%的配方5-2坩埚焦的反应后强度最高(为43.30%),其PRI为最低(为37.65%);配方5-2用于配煤炼焦,可以炼出质量较好的冶金焦。 Based on the fact of a current shortage of high-quality coking coal in China,blending coking was carried out with asphalt additives,anthracite coal and CDQ powder under the condition of existing coke ovens,to achieve the purpose of lowering the cost of coal blending and increasing the types of coking coals.Experimental results showed that,after adding 1% mass ratio of coal asphalt binder,the post-reaction strength of formula 5-2 crucible coke with3% CDQ powder+ 2% anthracite replacing 5%lean coal was the highest(43.30%)and the PRI was the lowest(37.65%).Adopting formula 5-2 for coal blending coking can obtain metallurgical coke with good quality.
