人工全髋关节置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果分析

The Curative Effect Analysis of Total Hip Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:探讨强直性脊柱炎经人工全髋关节置换术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2013年2月-2015年2月笔者所在医院收治的强直性脊柱炎患者82例,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察患者治疗前后的髋关节功能改善效果、疼痛改善情况。结果:患者治疗前的中度疼痛率、重度疼痛率分别为59.76%、10.98%,治疗后分别为30.49%、0,对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗后的髋关节Harris评分明显优于治疗前,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强直性脊柱炎患者经人工全髋关节置换术治疗,能够取得较为理想的效果,有利于缓解患者的疼痛症状,改善其髋关节功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Method：From February 2013 to February 2015,82 cases with ankylosing spondylitis in our hospital were selected,the clinical data of patients were analyzed retrospectively,the effect before and after treatment in patients with hip joint function improvement,pain,improve the situation were observed.Result：Before treatment,moderate pain,severe pain rate of the patients were 59.76%,10.98%,after treatment,moderate pain,severe pain rate of the patients were 30.49%,0,respectively,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.After treatment the Harris hip score was better than before treatment,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ankylosing spondylitis patients after artificial total hip replacement therapy,can achieve ideal curative effect,is helpful to reduce the pain of patients with symptoms,improve the function of the hip,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
