摘要
对沈阳市某肉鸡养殖场的85例病死鸡进行大肠埃希菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性试验，结果分离到大肠埃希菌62株，分离率为72．9％，分离菌株对头孢氨苄全部耐药，对其余抗菌药物的耐药率在0～88．7％之间，多重耐药情况普遍。
In this study,Escherichia coli strains were isolated from 85 sick or dead chickens in Shenyang.Isolates were identified,and drug susceptibility tests were carried out.The results showed that, 62 isolates were obtained with the 72.9% isolation rate.All isolates were resistant to cefalexin and 0-88.7% to other antibacterial agents.The multi-drug resistance was widespread.
