2014年-2015年湖南省规模猪场猪伪狂犬病血清学调查

Serological Investigation on Porcine Pseudorabies in Scaled Pig Farms of Hunan Province During 2014 to 2015

为了解湖南省规模化猪场猪伪狂犬病免疫状况及猪伪狂犬病病毒（PRV）野毒感染情况，2014年-2015年，采用随机抽样的方式，采集343个不同规模猪场血清样品7049份，采用ELISA方法开展PRV抗体血清学调查。结果显示，160个规模猪场中，检测免疫猪血清3415份，PRVgB抗体合格数为22064），合格率仅为64．60％，表明规模猪场猪伪狂犬病免疫不确实；343个规模猪场中，210个规模猪场PRVgE抗体阳性，场阳性率61．22％；检测猪血清样品7049份，PRVgE抗体阳性数为1661份，阳性率为23．56％，其中2014年PRVgE抗体阳性率为21．71％，2015年PRVgE抗体阳性率为25．17％，呈上升趋势。全省14个市州的规模猪场均存在不同程度的PRV感染，不同地区感染率差异明显，永州感染率最高，长沙感染率最低。不同养殖规模PRV的感染率不尽相同，其中，存栏数200头以下PRV感染率较高，存栏数500～1000头感染率较低；种猪场免疫抗体优于商品猪场，PRV感染率较商品猪场低。结果表明，PRV在湖南省感染普遍存在，疫苗免疫在一定程度上可以阻止临床病例，但仍然无法根除隐性感染，对规模猪场伪狂犬病采取综合防控和净化措施势在必行。

A serological investigation was carried out to get a better understanding of the immunization and infection status of porcine pseudorabies virus（PRV） in scaled pig farm in Hunan province.By means of ran- dom sampling,7 049 serum samples were collected in 343 different scale pig farms during 2014 to 2015. ELISA method was used to carry out the PRV antibody serology survey.The results showed that. In 160 scale pig farms, 3 415 immune serum samples were detected,PRVgB antibody qualified number is 2 206, the qualified rate is only 64.60 % In 343 scale pig farms,PRVgE antibody is positive in 210 scale pig farms, a positive rate of 61.22%.PRVgE antibody positive number is 1 661 in 7 049 serum samples,positive rate is 23.56 %,Among them PRVgE antibody positive rate is 21.71% in 2014, PRVgE antibody positive rate is 25.17% in 2015. There was clear difference in prevalence between different regions, the highest was in Yongzhou, the lowest was in Changsha.There are varying degrees of PRV infections in scale pig farms of 14 cities of Hunan province,PRV infection rate is higher in less 200 head pig farms than in 500 to 1 000 head pig farms.The immune antibody titer in breeding pig farms is superior to that in commercial pig farms.The results showed that the PRV infection is widely prevalennt in our province,the vaccine can prevent clinical cases to a certain extent,but still not be able to eradicate the recessive infections.PR comprehensive preven- tion and control measures and purification are imperative in scale pig farms.
