摘要
家长式领导在非西方文化下普遍存在,研究其对企业中知识管理行为的影响机制具有一定理论和现实意义。通过对191个中国医院工作人员进行问卷调查,研究了家长式领导、主管信任与员工知识共享之间的作用机制。研究结果表明:家长式领导显著影响了员工的知识共享行为;主管信任在威权领导与知识共享之间具有中介作用,而在仁慈领导与知识共享之间发挥了部分中介作用。
Paternalistic leadership prevails in non -western culture .The research has a certain theoretical and practicalsig‐nificance on the influence mechanism of knowledgemanagementbehavior in enterprises .Through the questionaire survey on 191 Chinese hospital staff ,the research studiese the mechanisim among paternalistic leadership ,supervisor's trust and staff's knowlede sharing .The result showed that paternalistic leadership has a significant influence on staff's knowledge sharing behavior ;supervisor's trust playsthe intermediary role between authority leadership and knowledge contribution .While ,it plays a partial intermediary role between benevolent leadership and knowledge sharing .
