民生类法制新闻的温度与力度--以节目主持人的评论为例

Temperature and Strength of the Law News about People's livelihood——A Case Study of Presenter to Make the Comments on Television Program

民生类法制新闻节目主持人作为承担推动法治进步和提升公民法律素养的新闻工作者,除需具备过硬的业务能力外,还必须具有良好的政治和道德修养以及丰富的法律知识储备。主持人如何在评论中将人文关怀渗透到铁面无私的法律法规中,这是值得去深入思考和研究的问题。从民生类法制新闻节目的特点着手,通过作者自身工作中遇到的节目实例列举,总结出主持人要想在民生类法制新闻节目中做好评论,应该从客观公正、理智、朴素自然、人文关怀等方面入手,树立温度与力度并存的评论风格,彰显媒体的公信力。

Presenter of the law news about people’s livelihood was considered as the news workers who have the responsibility to promote the progress and improve civil legal literacy,in which they not only need to have excellent professional ability,but also have the good political and moral cultivation,as well as a wealth of legal knowledge.It is worthy of thinking deeply and studying how presenters input humanistic care into the just and stern laws and regulations in the comments. In this paper,based on the author’s experience of working on law news,this paper suggests that,to ensure proper comments on the law news about people’s livelihood,the presenters should be objective and fair,rational,and show natural,humanistic care,and establish temperature and intensity of the coexistence of comment style,so as to demonstrate the credibility of the media.
