基于DEA和Malmquist指数的中部地区义务教育资源配置效率研究

Study of the Central Region Education Resource Allocation Efficiency Based on Malmquist Index

为评价中部地区义务教育资源配置状况,了解影响资源配置效率的主要因素,基于DEA和Malmquist指数模型,对中部地区2003—2014年义务教育资源配置效率分别进行静态描述和动态测评。研究发现:中部地区义务教育资源配置效率并不理想,波动性较大。技术效率和技术进步指数很大程度上制约了义务教育资源配置效率的提高,表明中部地区在义务教育资源配置过程中存在投入不足、资源浪费、技术和管理创新不足现象。

In order to evaluate the Central Region Education Resource situation,to understand the main factors that affect the efficiency of resource allocation,we conduct a static description and dynamic evaluation on Central Region for 2003—2014 Compulsory Education Resource Allocation Efficiency based on the DEA and Malmquist index model. The study discovers that Central region education resource allocation efficiency is not ideal,with high fluctuation rate. Technical efficiency and technological progress index,to a large extent,restricts the efficiency of resource allocation of compulsory education,indicating the presence of inadequate investment in the central region,the waste of resources,technology and management,lack of innovation phenomenon in compulsory education resource allocation process.
