摘要
云南基本省情—现代基本省情—特色省情三种省情概念,是多年省情研究不断深入的结果,唯特色省情具有自然与人文生态双重关照下的立体多元特性,可以涵盖时空两方面的过去、现在与未来,且其非凡的个性就是唯一性。特色省情的唯一性,正是习近平总书记云南"三个定位"高度和合的理论与实践原创性之源。
'The Three- Orientations'refer to the three strategic targets proposed by General Secretary Xi Jin- ping in2015 concerning the development of Yunnan. Being practical and realistic,these orientations are deeply merged in the distinctive characteristics of Yunnan Province. In addition to an international orientation,these strategic targets contain an orientation of natural ecology and that of socio- cultural ecology. Covering the past,present,and future,these complementary orientations provide an extraordinary theoretical guide for the comprehensive and leapfrog development of Yunnan Province.
