摘要
研究了一类疫苗有效性具有阶段性特征的传染病模型,得到了决定传染病流行与否的阈值:基本再生数R_0.证明了当R_0<1时,无病平衡点是全局稳定的;当R_0>1时,地方病平衡点是全局稳定的.
An epidemic model with phased characteristics of vaccine efficacy was dealt with in this paper. The basic reproduction number, which characterizes the extinction or persistence of an infection, was obtained. By constructing the Lyapunov function, it was proved that the disease free equilibrium of the system was globally stable when the basic reproduction number was less than one, and the unique endemic equilibrium of the system was globally stable when the basic reproduction number was greater than one.
