In the newly issued Trans Pacific Partnership agreement,the environment protection has become one of the most important components of this agreement.The balance between trade promotion and environment protection has also become one of the most cutting-edge facets of the international trade development,it is the trade-off between environment protection restriction and promotion of international trade,it is the trade-off between strengthening the international institution and the respect of the state sovereignty.The article contends that despite the challenge brought about by TPP environment section on China trade development,China can indeed regard the TPP as an opportunity for China to upgrade its trade situation by making full use of China＇s advantage in environment goods and deepen the reform in environment section.
