胰激肽原酶联合肝素治疗老年慢性肾小球肾炎的效果观察

Efficacy of pancreatic kininogenase combined heparin in treatment of elderly chronic glomerulonephritis

目的：探讨胰激肽原酶联合肝素治疗老年慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法本研究抽取2014年8月~2015年6月间在本院接受治疗的76例慢性肾小球肾炎老年患者为研究对象，随机分成两组，每组38例。对照组采用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂类药物，并进行营养支持，观察组采用胰激肽原酶联合肝素治疗。在治疗3周后，比较治疗前、后24 h尿蛋白（Pr 24 h）、尿素氮（BUN）、血清总蛋白（STP）、血清白蛋白（ALB）、血肌酐（CRE），分析临床疗效。结果观察组与对照组的生化指标在治疗后均有显著变化，且观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组（P 〈0.05）。观察组治疗效果优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胰激肽原酶联用肝素对治疗老年慢性肾小球肾炎的效果非常显著，且安全性高，值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of pancreatic kininogenase combined heparin in treat-ment of senile chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Seventy-six elderly patients with chronic glomerulone-phritis who were cared at our hospital from August 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 38 cases.Patients in the control group received angio-tensin converting enzyme inhibitor drugs and nutritional support.Patients in the observation group were given pancreatic kininogenase combined heparin.Three weeks after treatment,pre-treatment and post-treatment 24 h urine protein （Pr 24 h）,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）,serum total protein （STP）,serum albumin （ALB） and serum creatinine （CRE）were compared between the two groups.Then the clinical curative effects were an-alyzed. Results The biochemical indicators in the observation group and control group were significantly im-proved after treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group, comparing the observation group with the control group showed statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pancreatic kininogenase combined heparin in the treatment of senile chronic glomerulonephritis is much effec-tive and has high safety,which is worth promoting.
