摘要
白钨加温精选是白钨细粒浮选的重点和难点,优化白钨精选工艺流程是提高白钨浮选指标的一个重要方向。文章介绍了河南某白钨精选工艺流程发展过程,其白钨加温精选工艺流程从全浮选机流程发展到浮选柱流程,再优化到浮选柱-浮选机联合流程。与浮选机工艺流程相比,浮选柱工艺流程大幅度提高了自动化和生产能力,降低能耗,白钨精矿品位提高2~5个百分点,回收率提高0.5个百分点;与浮选柱工艺流程相比,浮选柱-浮选机的联合流程,白钨精矿品位提高1~2百分点,回收率提高1~2百分点。
Optimizing scheelite concentration flowchart is an important method to improve the flotation target. This paper introduces the development process of scheelite concentration flow, from full machine flotation to column flotation, then to the combinational process of column-machine flotation. Comparing with the full machine flotation flow, the column flotation significantly increases automation and production capacity, reduce energy consumption, improve scheelite grade 2~5 point and scheelite recovery rate 0.5 point. Comparing with column flotation flow , the combinational process of column-machine flotation improves scheelite grade 1~2 point and scheelite recovery rate 1~2 point.
