摘要
超高压汞灯电极成形后的热处理工艺是保证液晶投影仪产品最终质量的关键。文章从超高压汞灯电极真空热处理全过程的升温与时间关系的探讨分析,寻求最佳的处理工艺。研究结果表明:(1)真空热处理有效解决了超高压汞灯电极高温成形组织粗大、分布不均匀的情况,有效改善了显微组织;(2)真空热处理能有效清除电极内所含有的杂质气体和表面脏物,有效提高了超高压汞灯寿命和光色一致性。
Ultra High pressure mercury tungsten electrode is the key component functioning in spot projector lamp. The electrode determines the quality and age of lamps. Annealing process for the electrode after forming decides the quality of electrode. This paper analyzes the relationship between temperature and time in the whole process of vacuum annealing to find the best solution. The results show that:(1)the vacuum heat treatment effectively solves the UHP electrode forming organization and rough, uneven distribution of temperature, effectively improve the microstructure; (2) vacuum heat treatment can effectively remove of gaseous impurities and dirt on the surface, effectively improve the working life of the lamp and light color consistency.
