摘要
通过应用Simulation进行有限元静力学分析,对搅拌罐结构进行比较精确的分析和计算。通过设置边界、载荷、约束条件,并且进行网格的划分,研究搅拌罐在受钨砂载荷和自重的作用下模拟出搅拌罐应力、应变、位移和安全系数等效云图,根据云图对应力、应变、位移和安全系数数值进行分析校核,能直观判断是否存在应力集中,同时能根据现有数据寻求改进措施。
This paper analyzed the stirred tank structure by applying the finite element static analysis. The equivalent cloud of stirred tank's stress, strain, displacement, and safety factor was simulated under the impact of tungsten load and self-weight by setting up bordering, loading and constraint conditions. The analysis and checking of stress, strain, displacement, and safety factor provides data for stress availability.
