摘要
为了解四川省水稻主栽品种对纹枯病的抗性现状,为抗性品种合理布局和病害防控提供依据,2009年对187份四川水稻主栽生产品种于拔节期接种了四川纹枯病菌菌株PJ-10,其中12.30%的品种的平均病害级别在5.1~6.0,72.7%的品种平均病害级别为6.1~7.0,14.43%的品种的病害平均级别在7.1~8.0,未有品种病害平均级别〈5.0或〉8.0。该批品种2010年拔节期接种强致病力菌株C30后,95.72%品种的病害级别仍在5.1~8.0,但8个品种平均病害级别介于3.1~4.0。187个水稻品种在室内苗期接种致病力不同的纹枯病菌株C30、GD118、E67、YN7和YN3后,分别有0、0、52、13和119个品种平均病害级别在3.0以下,63、31、119、134和63个品种平均病害级别在3.1~6.0。对5个菌株表现感病到高感反应的品种数分别为62、53、9、5和0。而对于四川菌株PJ-10,139个品种苗期平均病害级别〉6.0,其中33个品种平均病害级别〉8.0。K优21、C优2095、冈优26、福优310和D优多1等5个品种苗期和成株期病害级别均在6.0以下,并对2~3个弱致病性菌株呈抗性反应;而内2优6号、冈优615、K优AG、特糯207、金优527和冈优305等6个品种苗期和成株期对所有菌株的的纹枯病级最低级别均高于4.0。
To investigate status of the resistance to SB in the rice varieties cultivated in Sichuan province,the adult plants of 187 varieties were inoculated in a field experiment in 2009 with strain PJ-10 of R. solani,which was isolated from Sichuan. The SB symptom grades of respectively 12. 30 %,72. 7 % and 14. 43 % of the varieties averaged between 5. 1- 6. 0,6. 1- 7. 0 and 7. 1- 8. 0,and no varieties recorded an average symptom grade below 5. 0 or above 8. 0. In 2010,the same varieties were inoculated in the same manner with a reported highly virulent isolate,C30. 95. 72 % of the varieties exhibited an average symptom grade ranging from 5. 1 to 8. 0,8 varieties recorded a average symptom grade at 3. 1- 4. 0. The seedlings of the 187 varieties were then inoculated with SB fungus isolate of reportedly different level of virulence,i. e.,C30,GD118,E67,YN7 and YN3. The average SB symptom grades of respectively 0,0,52,13 and 119 varieties were below 3. 0. Respectively 63,31,119,134 and 63 varieties showed an average symptom grade varying from 3. 1- 6. 0. Respectively62,53,9,5 and 0 varieties were susceptible or highly susceptible to SB with an average symptom grade higher than 6. 0. When inoculated with PJ-10,Seedlings of 139 varieties showed an average symptom grade above 6. 0,of which,33 varieties exhibited an average symptom above 8. 0. 5 varieties,i. e.,‘Kyou 21',‘Cyou 2095',‘Gangyou 26',‘Fuyou 310'and‘Dyouduo 1',exhibited the symptom grades below 6. 0 to all of the inoculated isolates both at the seedling and adult stage. They were also resistant to 2 or 3 isolates of reported attenuated virulence. The symptom grades of ‘Nei 2 you 6',‘Gangyou615',‘Kyou AG',‘Tenuo 207',‘Jingyou 527'and‘Gangyou305'were higher the 4. 0 to all of the inoculated isolates both at seeding and adult stages.
