1%蛇床子素水乳剂在烟叶中的残留消解动态 被引量:2

摘要 为1%蛇床子素水乳剂在烟草上的合理与安全应用提供依据,采用快速液相-二极管阵列检测器(RRLC-DAD)对2011-2012年通过田间试验取得的烟叶中的蛇床子素进行残留测定,并按农业部行业标准NY/T/788-2004建立其消解动态曲线,研究其在烟叶中的残留消解动态。结果表明:2年田间试验的烟叶样品分别于药后10 d和15 d消解率达99%以上;1%蛇床子素水乳剂在烟叶中的消解符合一级动力学方程,其消解动态曲线分别为C_(2011)=17.982e^(-0.4326t)(R2=0.9414)和C_(2012)=18.879e-0.3502t(R^2=0.9823),相应的衰减半衰期分别为1.60和1.98 d。1%蛇床子素水乳剂在烟草上属于易降解农药。 The field experiments in 2011- 2012 were conducted to reveal the dynamics of osthol residue in tobacco leaves,which was detected by rapid resolution liquid chromatography-diode array detection( RRLC-DAD) to provide references for rational and safe application of 1% osthol emulsion waters in tobacco. And degradation dynamic curve was established in line with the industrial standard of Ministry of Agriculture NY / T /788-2004 to explore the residue degradation dynamics in tobacco leaves. Results: Degradation rates of tobacco samples in the two-year field experiments reached above 99 % 10 d and 15 d after pesticide application respectively; The curve of degradation dynamics followed the first-order kinetics equation,and curve equation was C_(2011)= 17. 982e^(-0.4326t)( R^2= 0. 9414) of 2011 and C_(2012)= 18. 879e^(-0.3502t)( R^2= 0. 9823) of 2012. Respectively,their degradation half-life times were 1. 60 d in 2011 and 1. 98 d in 2012. Therefore,the results showed that 1 % osthol emulsion waters( EW) should be classified as easily degradable agrochemical in tobacco leaves thought field experiment of two years.
