不同产区和等级昭通天麻的矿质元素含量特征分析 被引量:11

摘要 对不同产区和等级的昭通天麻22份样品的11种矿质元素含量进行比较、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明:不同产地的天麻矿质元素含量差异较大,同一产地不同等级的天麻矿质元素含量差异较小,说明天麻中矿质元素含量与特定的生态环境条件(土壤、水)有关系。对昭通天麻矿质元素含量进行聚类分析,22个天麻样品可分为3个分布区域,即大关3个样品为1个区域,永善和盐津9个样品为1个区域,彝良和镇雄10个样品为1个区域。绘制主成分二维谱图可看出,主成分分析的结果与聚类分析结果相一致,可实现对天麻产地的初步判别,区分不同产区天麻样品,这11种矿质元素可以作为昭通天麻产地区分的判别指标之一。 The contents comparison,principal components analysis and cluster analysis were carried out for eleven mineral elements of twenty-two different grades and regions of Zhaotong gastrodia elata. The results suggested that the contents of gastrodia elata mineral elements had great difference in different regions of Zhaotong,but different grades of gastrodia elata in the same region showed similar contents of mineral elements. Therefore,it indicated that the contents of gastrodia elata mineral elements were relevant to the specific ecological environment,such as soil and water. Based on the cluster analysis for mineral elements,the twenty-two Zhaotong gastrodia elatas were divided into three distribution areas. Three samples in Daguan region were assigned to a distribution area,while nine samples in Yongsan and Yanjin regions and ten samples in Yiliang and Zhenxiong regions were classified as the other two different distribution areas,respectively. According to the two-dimensional drawing of principal components analysis,the principal components analysis results were in good agreement with the cluster analysis data. This result can be used to distinguish different regions of Zhaotong gastrodia elata. The eleven mineral elements is one of the evaluation indexes for identifying the regions of Zhaotong gastrodia elata.
