摘要
为研究百合抽薹调控机理,以自繁的百合小鳞茎‘Siberia’为材料,分析小鳞茎在抽薹前后蛋白质组表达差异。经双向电泳分离,共得到差异表达蛋白质点21个。11个蛋白质点获得MALDI-TOF-TOF-MS的鉴定,其中包含2个伴侣蛋白质、4个参与能量代谢的蛋白质、1个胁迫诱导表达的c DNA产物、3个百合花中的c DNA片段和1个未知蛋白质。结果表明,在百合抽薹过程中,参与能量代谢的蛋白质表达量受到调控,为抽薹过程准备能量或重新合成储能物质;分子伴侣蛋白质或胁迫诱导蛋白质的表达量发生变化,是百合植株应对低温春化的生理反应。
In order to study the regulation mechanism of lily bolting,self-reproducing bulblet of lily‘Siberia'was taken as materials,bulblet in the differential expression protein group before and after bolting was analyzed. Proteins were separated by running 2-DE( two-dimensional gel electrophoresis),obtained 21 significantly differential expression protein spots. 11 protein spots was identified by the MALDI-TOF-TOFMS,including 2 chaperone protein,4 involved in the energy metabolism,1 c DNA product by stress induced expression,3 c DNA fragment in lily flower and 1 unknown protein. The results showed that: In the lily bolting process,the expression of proteins involved in energy metabolism was under control,which prepared energy or resynthesis energy storage material for bolting process. The molecular chaperone protein or express stress inducible protein changes,was a physiological reaction to low temperature vernalization in lily plants.
