家蚕斑纹茧色特色育种素材创制及应用

Creation and Application of Silkworm Breeding Germplasm with Natural Color Cocoon & Sex-limited Marker Characteristics

利用野桑蚕和家蚕地方种质资源,采用杂交、自交分离和系统选育的方法,创制出一批幼虫斑纹限性、茧色天然彩色的育种素材,丰富了家蚕新品种培育的亲本选择。结果表明,幼虫斑纹限性材料可以根据幼虫斑纹特征区别雌雄蚕;彩色蚕茧色彩天成,健康、环保。利用这些素材,培育出多对突破性特色家蚕新品种。

Some of breeding germplasm,with natural color cocoon or sex-limited marker affording more parent material in the silkworm breeding case,were created by crossbreeding,inbreeding and system selecting with wild silkworm（ Bombyx mandarina） and local silkworm（ Bombyx mori） genetic resources. The result showed that the sexuality of the sex-limit marked material could be identified during larva; The natural color silk was healthy to person and harmless to environment. Based on those special parent materials,several high grade new varieties were breed.
