摘要
立足于圆盘浇铸机浇铸包定量浇铸过程面临的实际问题,通过使用Fluent软件对浇铸包的浇铸过程进行CFD(计算流体力学)三维数值仿真模拟。通过编制UDF(用户自定义函数)来设置浇铸包的运动曲线,使用动网格技术来实现浇铸包浇铸的动态过程,得到满足实际生产需求的浇铸包工作曲线。研究结果表明,数值仿真模型基本准确可靠;基于Fluent软件来研究浇铸包浇铸气液两相流动过程是完全可行的,可以直观地了解浇铸包内速度场、气—液两相变化和浇铸包刚体运动过程,从而对浇铸包定量浇铸过程刚体运动曲线的设置以及参数的优化提供技术指导。
Based on the actual problem of casting ladle quantitative casting process faced in casting wheel, Fluent software is used for CFD (computational fluid dynamics) 3D numerical simulation in ladle casting process. UDF (user defined function is developed to set motion curve of casting ladle, dynamic mesh technology is used to realize dynamic process of ladle casting, and then, the working curve of ladle can be obtained, which can meet the requirement of actual production. The results show that numerical simulation is basically correct and reliable; casting ladle gas-liquid two-phase fluid process can be researched on the basis of Fluent software, by which velocity field, change of gas-liquid two-phase in casting ladle and ladle rigid motion process can be visually observed to provide technical guidance for setting rigid motion curve in ladle quantitative casting process and optimizing the parameter.
