摘要
结合电解铝厂生产特点,沈阳铝镁设计研究院在流程工业综合自动化体系结构的基础上,采用前馈与反馈相结合的控制理念,研发了电解铝厂制造执行系统Smelter Star。该系统通过计划管理、调度管理、操作管理、质量管理、物流管理、设备管理、能源管理、工艺分析等模块,可以实现电解铝厂能源、设备、质量、物流等生产管理流程的全覆盖。
The control concept of combination of feedforward and feedback is used to develop the manufacturing execution system SmelterStar of electrolytic aluminum plant according to production characteristic of electrolytic aluminum plant and the structure of flow industrial comprehensive automation system of Shenyang Aluminum and Magnesium Engineering and Research Institute Co., Ltd. This system can fully cover production management flows of electrolytic aluminum plant, including energy, equipment, quality and logistics by the modules of planning management, dispatching management, operation management, quality management, logistics management, equipment management, energy management and process analysis and so on.
