摘要
铜冶炼工艺中,闪速炉是不可间断供水的设备,根据某境外大型铜冶炼厂的设计经历,结合投产后生产操作过程中出现的问题,针对如何提高闪速炉循环给水的可靠性和安全性,提出在闪速炉冷水池、回水池、高位水塔均设置2台液位计,同时对控制程序进行优化,以保证闪速炉循环给水的可靠性。
In the copper smelting process, flash furnace is the equipment with uninterrupted cooling water supply, according to the experience of a large foreign copper smelter design, combined with the actual problems in operation during production ,this paper propose a serial of more optimized control method to improve the reliability and security of flash furnace circulating water supply.
