余热回收汽轮发电机励磁调节器改造的实现

摘要 针对余热发电汽轮发电机励磁部分存在的问题,分析原励磁控制器组成的原理,提出改造控制器的选型方案及组成原理。改造后的运行情况表明,采用励磁调节器DECS-100后,其功率因数控制相比原控制器达到了更高的精度,提高了发电效率,减少了损耗,参数设置更为简单,且具有PID参数自适应能力,在抗电网大波动方面具有更强抗干扰能力。 According to the existing problems of excitation control of steam turbine generator for waste heat recovery, the paper analyzes the principles of the original excitation controller composition, puts forward the scheme of type selection and composition principles of renovation of the controller. After renovation, there has many advantages if DECS-100 excitation Controller is used, the control of power factor can reach the higher accuracy in comparison with the original controller, generating efficiency can be improved, the loss will be reduced, parameters setting will be simple provided with the adaptive ability of PID parameters, and there has the stronger capacity of resisting disturbance at the aspect of resistance to large fluctuation of grid.
