摘要
文化是一个复杂的系统,其发展是由多方面因素和力量决定的。不同时代,其发展的动力要素及其相互关系不尽相同。当下,文化创新发展必须从理念创新开始,形成新的思想、设计和行动;并顺应当代科技和经济发展态势,树立开放性、多向性思维方式,打破既往思维惯性和定势,在颠覆既有模式和成规中,推进文化创新发展。理念创新必须通过实践才能实现其价值意义,而文化消费则是实践层面的重要环节。文化消费既是推动文化发展的动力之一,也体现着一个民族的审美品位和精神风貌;提升文化消费层级,需要处理好文化产品品质和文化消费者水平之间的关系,协调好供给侧和需求侧,从而达成文化的正向发展。文化环境不仅是文化创新的土壤,也是文化消费层级提升的重要基础。好的文化环境,要能为体现人们内心创造冲动和创造思想的文化创新活动营造一个自由、宽松、民主的社会氛围,其核心是充分体现对人才的尊重、关怀和包容。文化环境的优化,需从政府、社会、教育、企业和生活等不同层面与领域去培育和营造。
Culture is a complex system and its development is determined by various factors and forces. At different times, cultural development has different driving factors with their different mutual relations. Nowadays, the development of a cultural innovation must start with a concept innovation to form a new idea, design and operation; it should be promoted by adapting to the trends of contemporary science and technology and economic development, establishing open and diversified ways of thinking, changing the past mental inertia and traditional mindset and overturning the existing patterns and rules. Only by practice can concept innovation have its value, and cultural consumption is an important element with regard to practice. Cultural consumption is one of driving forces for cultural development, while at the same time embodying the aesthetic taste and spiritual style of a nation; to improve the level of cultural consumption, one must deal with the relationship between the quality of cultural products and the level of cultural consumers and coordinate the supply side with the demand side so as to achieve the positive development of culture. Cultural environment is not only the soil of cultural innovation but also the important foundation for improving the level of cultural consumption. A good cultural environment should be able to create an atmosphere of a free, lenient and democratic society for cultural innovation activities reflecting the people's inner creative impulse and creative thoughts, and its core is fully embodying the respect, care and inclusiveness for the talented people. To optimize the cultural environment, it needs to be nurtured and constructed on different levels such as government, society, education, enterprise as well as life.
