摘要
排水沥青路面是海绵城市建设的关键组成之一。开级配骨架孔隙结构赋予其优异的排水降噪优势的同时,也由此导致了一系列材料和施工问题。结合相关工程经验,文章从排水沥青路面混合料设计和施工方面进行分析阐述,并提出相应建议。认为在进行配合比设计之前,首先要确定适宜的孔隙率;高粘改性沥青60℃粘度应不小于100 000Pa·s,135℃粘度值不应大于5Pa·s;鉴于排水沥青路面材料与结构功能特性,应尤其注意施工温度、碾压工艺和松铺系数等方面。
Drainage asphalt pavement is one of the key components of The Sponge City. Owing to the open graded skeleton,it shows great noise reduction and unique drainage properties. However,it also brings about many problems in materials and construction. Combined with the related engineering experience,the mixture design and construction of drainage asphalt concrete were introduced in this paper and the corresponding suggestions were also put forward. Firstly,the appropriate asphalt concrete porosity should be determined before the gradation design,the 60 ℃ dynamic viscosity of the high- viscous asphalt should be higher than 100000Pa·s,and the 135 ℃ viscosity should be not higher than 5 Pa·s. Secondly,due to the characteristics of the drainage asphalt pavement in materials and structural function,it should be paid attention to the construction temperature,rolling technology,and the loose coefficient,especially.
