浅谈政务电子地图制作

政务电子地图是面向电子政务应用需求、以在线形式提供服务的地图形式,是适合于网络一站式服务的电子地图,具有地图特性和综合特性。文章结合福州市1:500地形图数据更新项目的政务电子地图生产工作实践,分析和总结了电子地图的生产工艺流程,并着重介绍了电子地图制图规范,尤其是政务电子地图的的制作过程如何快速提取加工、图面注记及兴趣点表达等关键技术方法。

Oriented e- government applications demand,in the form of online service,e- government map is suitable for the electronic map of a network of one- stop service,with map features and comprehensive characteristics. Combined the e- government map production practice in the Fuzhou 1： 500 topographic map data update project,analysis and summary of the production process of the electronic map are concluded,especially the electronic map drawing specifications. Most of all,the key techniques are introduced such as making process of the E- government map how to quickly extract processing and drawings note and points of interest expression.
