福建省开放型经济的环境管制效应研究

Environmental Regulation Effect of Open Economy in Fujian Province

随着福建省区域开放度的逐渐提高,区域环境面临的压力日益严峻。如何实现贸易开放与环境的和谐发展,成为摆在福建省经济社会发展面前的重大课题。本文在EKC模型的基础上进行调整和拓展,引入经济发展水平、资本劳动比、贸易开放度、FDI和政府环境管制等变量来构建福建省贸易的环境效应模型,以此检验福建省贸易的污染加剧程度。研究发现,福建省提升贸易开放度的重大任务是做好产业结构调整、转变贸易方式及引资方式。

With the gradual improvement of the regional opening degree of Fujian Province, the regional environment is facing the increasingly severe pressure. How to achieve the harmonious development of trade and environment with the development of economy and society in Fujian province has become a major issue in the face of economic and social development. This paper on EKC model based of adjust and develop and introduced economic development level, capital labor ratio, degree of openness, FDI and government environmental regulation variables to construct the model of the environmental effect of trade of Fujian Province, so as to test the Fujian Province trade of pollution aggravating extent. It is found that the important task of improving the openness of trade in Fujian province is to adjust the industrial structure, to change the mode of trade and to attract foreign investment.
