干旱区盐渍生境下新疆杨和吴屯杨生理指数研究

摘要 [目的]为南疆盐碱地区引种优良耐盐碱杨树品种提供理论依据。[方法]以新疆本地种新疆杨(Populus alba L.var.pyramidalis)和引进种吴屯杨(P.wutunensis)为研究对象,在两种物种生长的环境中,测定了两种杨树植物生长环境中的土壤含盐量、含水量、pH值及两种杨树在不同盐浓度土壤中的成活率和叶绿素含量。[结果]研究地点的土壤含水量随土壤深度增加,呈现先下降,后升高的趋势。含盐量随着土壤深度的增高呈上升趋势。两种杨树叶片中的叶绿素含量及两种杨树幼苗的成活率都随着含盐量和pH值的升高,呈下降趋势。[结论]新疆杨的成活率、叶片叶绿素变化趋势比吴屯杨变化更为明显,因此吴屯杨的耐盐性高于新疆杨。 [Objective]The study gave a theory basis for introducing excellent saline tolerance poplar variety in saline-alkali area,south Xinjiang.[Methods]The paper used annual Populus alba and P.wutunensis as the research object.We studied the salt resistance of two kinds of poplar trees through the determination of soil salt content,moisture content and pH,two kinds of poplar survival rate and chlorophyll content under different salinity.[Results]The results showed that soil water content increased with soil depth,first decreased and then increased.The salt content increased with soil depth on the rise.Two poplar leaf chlorophyll and survival rate was on the decline with the salt content and pH value increased.[Conclusion]The change of P.albathan P.wutunensis was more apparent.Therefore,P.wutunensis salt resistance was higher than P.albain study area.
