摘要
目的 评价烧伤变形脱细胞真皮基质(DADM)用于烧伤创面修复的可行性。方法 选取我院收治的40例烧伤患者,按照入院时间进行分组,2014年9~11月收治的20例患者为研究组,2014年12月~2015年2月收治的20例患者为对照组,实验组实施DADM覆盖创面移植术,对照组实施异种脱细胞真皮基质(ADM)覆盖创面移植术,比较两组的治疗效果、瘢痕形成及治疗前后主要实验室指标。结果 研究组的疗效显著强于对照组(P〈0.05)。DADM较ADM能够减轻瘢痕增生,研究组的瘢痕评分显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。治疗后,两组的外周血血红蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平及尿素氮(BUN)水平均显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 DADM可作为真皮替代物,用于烧伤创面的修复,能够减轻瘢痕增生,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of repair of burn wound with deformed acellular dermal matrix (DADM). Methods A total of 40 burn patients admitted to our hospital were selected and dMded into two groups according to the admission time, i.e., an experimental group (n=20, from September 2014 to November 2014) and a control group (n=20, from December 2014 to February 2015). The experimental group was treated with DADM wound-covering transplantation and the control group with xenogenic acellular dermal matrix (ADM) wound-covering transplantation in order to compare the therapeutic effect, cicatrization and the main laboratory indexes before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect in the experimental group was much better than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Compared with ADM, DADM could relieve scar hyperplasia. The scar score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). After the treatment, the peripheral blood hemoglobin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels in the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the experimental group was much lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion DADM can be used as a dermal substitute to restore burn wound, relieve scar hyperplasia and is worth popularizing and applying.
