摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,测定了亳州芍药主产区中芍药不同药用部位和土壤中Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu 5种重金属元素的含量,考察芍药不同药用部位重金属含量与土壤重金属含量的相关性及亳州地区土壤的安全性。结果表明芍药不同药用部位与土壤重金属含量的相关性不同;亳州地区土壤处于安全级别,属于清洁水平。
The paper employs the Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) to analyze the contents of ifve heavy metals of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in different medical parts of peony and the soil in the main production villages of Bozhou in order to study the correlation between heavy metal contents in Peony and soil. The results show that the correlation varies but the soil of the Bozhou area is on the level of security and cleanness, which provides some reference to the planting base choice and cultivation of the peony.
