回转窑二次焙烧提高锌矿品位的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 金属锌主要用于工业、电子产业、军事等领域,市场需求量大,我国锌矿资源丰富,但是品位相对较低,使得从低品位矿中提取金属的研究愈加迫切。文章综述了锌矿及伴生矿铟资源的特点,介绍了锌矿在回转窑内反应及其工艺过程,该工艺包括回转窑焙烧、电炉熔炼、粗锌精馏精炼、浸出、电解等,为了提高进电炉熔炼的锌和铟品位,结合炼锌工艺特点,在回转窑焙烧工艺过程中采取二次焙烧的方法,根据焙烧物料中锌、铟含量分析了二次焙烧的可行性,除去氟、氯、硫等挥发物,从而提高锌矿品位。 Metal zinc is mainly used in industry, electronics industry, military and other ifelds, so market demand is large. Zinc ore resources of our country are rich, but the grade is relatively low, so making the research on the metal extraction from the low-grade ore is more urgent. The paper summarizes characteristics of indium resources and associated minerals in zinc ore and introduces the reaction and technology process of zinc mine in rotary kiln. The process includes the roasting in rotary kiln, smelting of electric furnace, reifning of crude zinc, leaching, electrolysis and so on. In order to improve the zinc and indium grade of electric furnace melting, the volatile matter of lfuorine, chlorine and sulfur are removed by roasting twice method in the roasting process in rotary kiln considering process characteristics of zinc smelting. Based on the contents of zinc and indium in the roasting materials, the feasibility of the method is analyzed.
